Session Structure

Sessions are 50 minutes and can be weekly or bi weekly

Weekdays,evening and weekend slots available

Can be face to face in Westbury, Online or on the phone

Up to 16 weeks of support (can be extended) 

Session cost: £35

Free initial Assessment

Before counselling begins, a 30‑minute assessment is carried out by a qualified counsellor via phone or video call. This helps us understand your needs and ensure counselling is the right fit. Following this, you will be matched with a Trainee Counsellor who will work with you for the duration of your sessions.

Payment

Payment is made by BACS transfer 48 hours before each session. Discounts available for advance payments 

Who We Work With

At this stage, counselling is offered to adults aged 18 and over
