About the Counselling Hub

About us Counselling Hub Westbury was created to offer accessible, meaningful counselling to people in the local community. We provide a confidential place to talk, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and feel supported — without long waiting lists or high fees.

The Hub was founded by Sarah Davis, a qualified and registered counsellor with extensive experience in mental health, social care, and private practice. Sarah saw how many people were struggling to access affordable support and developed the Hub to help meet that need.

Here for the community

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply in need of someone to talk to, we’re here to help you take the next step.

What we focus on

We support people experiencing anxiety, low mood, anger, relationship difficulties, grief, ADHD or ASD‑related challenges (diagnosed or undiagnosed), and times of change or uncertainty or other mental health concerns.

Experienced leadership

Sarah oversees the service to ensure counselling is delivered safely, ethically, and with genuine care. Her experience provides a steady foundation for the Hub and helps ensure every client receives thoughtful, well‑supported care.

 Accessible support

To keep our fees affordable, sessions are provided by counsellors completing the final stage of their training. They work under professional supervision and within clear ethical guidelines, allowing us to offer high‑quality support at a reduced cost
